MEETING MINUTES
Members Present: Howard Sandler-Chairman, Michael Cole-Vice Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse-Clerk, Craig Nightingale, Kevin Holland, Debbie Abbott, Peter McDonald, Frank Salomone & Tim Klink.

Mr. Sandler (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM
Peter McDonald stepped down for the first case:
CASE PB#2005-18 – THOMAS & SUSAN HEALY seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV & IX-D to construct an addition to an existing structure resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 60 Bridge Pond Drive, Eastham, Map 013 Parcel 044.
DECISION:
Based on the Application and information submitted, a MOTION was made by Leslie Ann Morse and SECONDED by Kevin Holland to APPROVE RESIDENTIAL SITE PLAN for Case PB2005-18, Thomas & Susan Healy, to construct an addition to an existing structure resulting in Site coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 60 Bridge pond Road, Eastham, Map 013 Parcel 044..
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR (6) Abbott, Cole, Morse, Nightingale, Holland and Sandler
CASE PB#2005-19 -- WILLIAM & JEAN KREYKES, seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV & IX-D to remodel existing structure & enlarge existing structure resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 60 Bayview Road, Eastham, Map 19 Parcel 020.
DECISION:
Based on the Application and information submitted, a MOTION was made by Leslie Ann Morse and SECONDED by Michael Cole to APPROVE RESIDENTIAL SITE PLAN for Case PB2005-19, William & Jean Kreykes, to remodel & enlarge an existing structure on property located at 60 Bayview Road, Eastham, Map 19 Parcel 020, with the following condition:
(1) It will require Zoning Board of Appeals Approval.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR (7) Abbott, Cole, Morse, Nightingale, McDonald, Holland and Sandler
Michael Cole stepped down for the next Case:
CASE PB#2005-20 -- WALTER J. POPPER, seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning by-Laws Section XIV & IX-D to construct a residence, a garage and studio resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 640 Nauset Road, Eastham, Map 12 Parcel 05-R.
DECISION:
Based on the Application and information submitted, a MOTION was made by Leslie Ann Morse and SECONDED by Debbie Abbott to APPROVE RESIDENTIAL SITE PLAN for Case PB2005-20, Walter Popper, to construct a residence and garage on property located at 640 Nauset Road, Eastham, Map 12 Parcel 05-R, with the following condition:
(1) The studio on the plans must be eliminated.
THE VOTE: IN FAVOR (6) Abbott, McDonald, Morse, Nightingale, Holland and Sandler
CASE PB#2005-21 -- JOHN & ELLEN DEVIN/LAND CAPE , INC. seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV & IX-D to demolish existing house, garage, shed and foundation and construct a new residence, resulting in Site Coverage Ratio greater than 15% for property located at 35 West Road, Eastham, Map 04 Parcel 533.
DECISION:
A MOTION was made by Kevin Holland and SECONDED by Michael Cole to continue this case to the next meeting on August 10, 2005.
THE VOTE; IN FAVOR (7) UNANIMOUS
A MOTION was made by Debbie Abbott and SECONDED by Michael Cole to approve the Minutes of June 8, 2005 with the exception of the word “Clark” between Morse & Clerk in the first Paragraph.
THE VOTE WAS ALL IN FAVOR 7-0
